Ascribe to the LORD the glory due his name. Bring an offering and come before him; worship the LORD in the splendor of his holiness. I Chronicles 16:29
Giving glory to God means adoring, praising and worshiping the Lord God Almighty from the bottom of our heart and proclaiming by our mouth.
Giving glory also indicates we bring an offering to the Lord when we come before Him. Remember not the lame and the blind but the best kind of offering is what is expected of us.
Not only that; giving glory to God should be part our daily activities too. In I Corinthians 10:31 Paul says, So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.
As we enjoy the presence of our Lord this morning, let us put aside all distractions and focus our attention on giving Him glory. Have a blessed Monday!
