My father called today to tell me there is something wrong with his heart and that he will have to undergo some tests next week. All day Tues. and another appoointment on Wednesday. His father had heart problems as well. I am naturally worried but have complete faith in God's will. But... I worry about my father's eternity. He has such bitterness and unforgivness. I have longed wanted to talk with him about it, but how do you approach a parent with "wisdom"? Will he take me seriously? Will he find me arrogant? Am I being arrogant and judgemental? Hi there,

The Lord God is so faithful. He carries me through everything and I'm trusting him to carry me through this difficult time in my life. I know he is a good good father but sometimes bad things happen and I wonder how? But I pray that I remember that maybe it's because he loves me that he lets these things happen. I want to praise God for allowing to pass a supplementary exam that I have just written. I would also like to ask that you join in me praying for God's mighty hand in helping me appeal for an exam that I haven't passed to be re-written. Please may you pray that a miracle may ensue in that my appeal may be heard and accepted, that god may soften the hearts and minds of those important in hearing the appeal, that God may help move mountains in helping me obtain more marks, that he may reveal his plan in all this to me, that he may fight on my behalf cause the battle is not over yet, that I may pass this subject, that God may use my story for his glory. I pray that God's wisdom may surround as I meet with many advisers on this journey. I pray that no one may push me over as God fights on my behalf. I pray for a sense of peace in that even though his will may not be my own - that I may have a sense of peace about the situation.
