But I do not want you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning those who have fallen asleep, lest you sorrow as others who have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who sleep in Jesus.

For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord will by no means precede those who are asleep. For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord. Therefore comfort one another with these words.

1 Thessalonians 4:13-18

True, we had only recently had the very same passage for Coffee with Jesus. But I am repeating it again thinking it may comfort someone else here just as it does me once again today.

Let us take comfort in the Lord and His words. God bless you and wipe away your tears my dear fellow believers... <3

Because you have made the LORD your dwelling—
my refuge, the Most High—

no evil will befall you,
no plague will approach your tent.

For He will command His angels concerning you
to guard you in all your ways.

They will lift you up in their hands,
so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.

You will tread on the lion and cobra;
you will trample the young lion and serpent.

Psalm 91:9-13

Yesterday we saw how to be assured of our dwelling in our Lord Most High. Today's scripture portion lists the various benefits of such a dwelling. It is like the amenities that are offered when you stay in an expensive resort, if you will. No earthly abode promises any of these precious blessings that is promised to those who dwell in Him! And best of all it is FREE! For anyone who decides to accept the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Savior.

Now, if you have not accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as your personal Savior but want to, just repeat this simple prayer:

Father in heaven. I realize I am a sinner. I understand my heart is wicked by nature. I believe that only the blood of Jesus Christ can wash away my sins, making me brand new. I invite you Lord Jesus to come and dwell in my heart, to rule and to reign. I want to accept you as my personal savior. Please forgive me all my sins. And help me to live a holy godly life going forward. In Jesus Christ's name I pray, amen!

He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High

will abide in the shadow of the Almighty.

I will say to the LORD, “You are my refuge and my fortress,

my God, in whom I trust.”

Surely He will deliver you

from the snare of the fowler,

and from the deadly plague.

He will cover you with His feathers;

under His wings you will find refuge;

His faithfulness is a shield and rampart.

You will not fear the terror of the night,

nor the arrow that flies by day,

nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness,

nor the calamity that destroys at noon.

Though a thousand may fall at your side,

and ten thousand at your right hand,

no harm will come near you.

You will only see it with your eyes

and witness the punishment of the wicked.

Psalm 91:1-8

Are you 100% sure that God Most High is your shelter? Then all these blessings are for you!

If you do not have that assurance, ask Jesus Christ to come and dwell within you by accepting Him as your Lord and Savior. He will convict you of all your sins which you can confess to Him to be forgiven. At once you will be sheltered by the Most High.

Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man: His number is 666.

Revelation 13:16-18

Today's scripture is a prophecy about what is to come once the Bride of Jesus Christ - The Church (which is you & me) - is/are taken up in the rapture which is the secret coming of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Things that seemed too impossible is suddenly possible as we can see around us in any part of the world. With the current pandemic (Covid 19) we see body temperature scanners in every business place, doctors office, hotels - everywhere! Clearly a proto type of how the mark of the beast will be scanned for any transactions after the rapture.

Psalm 103 Of David.
Praise the LORD, O my soul; all my inmost being, praise his holy name.
Praise the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits--
who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases,
who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion,
who satisfies your desires with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's.
The LORD works righteousness and justice for all the oppressed.
He made known his ways to Moses, his deeds to the people of Israel:
The LORD is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in love.
He will not always accuse, nor will he harbor his anger forever;
10
he does not treat us as our sins deserve or repay us according to our iniquities.
11
For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is his love for those who fear him;
12
as far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us.
13
As a father has compassion on his children, so the LORD has compassion on those who fear him;
14
for he knows how we are formed, he remembers that we are dust.
15
As for man, his days are like grass, he flourishes like a flower of the field;
16
the wind blows over it and it is gone, and its place remembers it no more.
17
But from everlasting to everlasting the LORD's love is with those who fear him, and his righteousness with their children's children--
18
with those who keep his covenant and remember to obey his precepts.
19
The LORD has established his throne in heaven, and his kingdom rules over all.
20
Praise the LORD, you his angels, you mighty ones who do his bidding, who obey his word.
21
Praise the LORD, all his heavenly hosts, you his servants who do his will.

      Calling for lights, the jailer rushed in and fell trembling before Paul and Silas. Then he brought them out and asked, “Sirs, what must I do to be saved?”

      They replied, “Believe in the Lord Jesus and you will be saved, you and your household.” Then Paul and Silas spoke the word of the Lord to him and to everyone in his house.

      At that hour of the night, the jailer took them and washed their wounds. And without delay, he and all his household were baptized. Then he brought them into his home and set a meal before them.

      So he and all his household rejoiced that they had come to believe in God.

      Acts 16: 29-34

      If you are reading this still unsure of Christianity, and what salvation means, I implore you to accept Jesus in your heart to receive salvation from sins. Trust me you will never once regret your decision to follow Him.

      Try Him. Please.

      Happy May 2021!

      Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12
