Today - July 4th - we celebrate our freedom in the United States. Though we haven't experienced the struggles for they had for this celebrated freedom first hand, we all can relate to our very personal experience of being freed from our sins.

Let us heed to today's scripture reminders and refrain from indulging in our flesh but serve one another humbly in love. Let us live as God's slaves. Shall we?
