Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called sons of God. Matthew 5:9

Jesus has given us His peace as per the Scripture below:

Peace I leave with you; my Peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid. John 14:27

Which means that peace can be given! We as children of God can impart peace to others.

How do we do that?

As per these verses,
Pray for peace in Jerusalem. Psalm 122:6
Seek the peace of the city whither I have caused you to be carried away captive. Jeremiah 29:7

* we can pray for peace over a city, nation, household, situation.

* We can be patient in conflicts:
A hot-tempered person stirs up conflict, but the one who is patient calms a quarrel. Proverbs 15:18

* Avoid gossip or slander:
The words of a gossip are like choice morsels; they go down to the inmost parts. Proverbs 26:22
Without wood a fire goes out; without a gossip a quarrel dies down. Proverbs 26:20

Now, that will make us true children of God Almighty. Who doesn't want that!
