Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world.

This is how you can recognize the Spirit of God: Every spirit that acknowledges that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God, but every spirit that does not acknowledge Jesus is not from God.This is the spirit of the antichrist, which you have heard is coming and even now is already in the world.

You, dear children, are from God and have overcome them, because the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world.

They are from the world and therefore speak from the viewpoint of the world, and the world listens to them. We are from God, and whoever knows God listens to us; but whoever is not from God does not listen to us.

This is how we recognize the Spirit of truth and the spirit of falsehood.

1 John 4:1-6

The Word of God is very clear that any doctrine that denies the incarnation of the Lord Jesus Christ is false and is of antichrist. The fundamental truth of our faith as explained in the Word of God is that Jesus came in human form and died for our sins; whosoever believes in Him will have eternal life.

Please do not entertain any thought otherwise, which is not in accordance with the Word of God.

I am alarmed to see even good believers argue on things that is of no value in eternal life, such as church politics, wars, economy, ruling parties, opposite parties etc. Furthermore some go to the extent of questioning the very Word of God for arguments sake. Let us not be carried away by such arguments. We stand for the truth and the truth is all written in the Word of God. Anything other than that is false, lies, tactics of the devil himself.

I am not sure why such strong words over coffee table this morning. May be someone had to hear. May be we needed to be reminded. Let us be sensitive to the speaking of the Holy Spirit among us.

Have a blessed Monday! Have a great week ahead!
