"Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but a longing fulfilled is a tree of life" Proverbs 13:12

We all have hope or expectation - hope for a job - hope for healing - hope for peace - hope for betterment. And we have the faith too - the faith in the Lord that He has already provided (as discussed yesterday).

What happens to our faith when our hope is delayed? Now that is the question...

Faith dampens slowly until a point where it might be almost totally dead. Hopefully,at that last dying minute is when God steps in...if He chooses to step in.

Good point T.Notes! Appreciate your comments.

The Scripture tells us of the Lord in Isaiah 42:3 "A bruised reed he will not break, and a smoldering wick he will not snuff out. In faithfulness he will bring forth justice."

Definitely He will answer before our hope is totally estingusihed!
